My pregnancy seemed to be supported not just by my family but also from my friends and colleagues. They used to remind me of dos and donts in pregnancy. Some even give me healthy foods and fruits. They also didn’t forget to remind me of the pregnancy exercises which are best especially during the third trimester and for the preparation for birthing which include kegel exercises.

Since the very first day of my third trimester of pregnancy, I was already trying out this kegel exercise. And hopefully, this can really help me in easy birthing soon.
